Strength-Based Therapy provided
via Telehealth.
Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy is provided in the comfort and convenience of being in your own home or office.
Individual Counseling

Are you handling personal growth independently but looking for a little more guidance? Or are you struggling with emotional and mental health conditions that require professional help?
Individual Therapy can address both. At times, it takes connecting the “why” and “how” through looking from a relational perspective to achieve your goal.
Adults, 18 years old and older, are my focus for Individual Therapy.
Couples Counseling

Do you want to foster a better relationship with your partner? Are you having unclear expectations and miscommunication resulting in arguments rather than conversations? Couples Counseling can help clear the air and address the elephants in the room in a non-judgmental, unbiased fashion.
I make no promises or guarantees that Couples Counseling can “save your relationship.” instead, I can promise that both parties will benefit from recognizing how they contributed to this dynamic.
Family Counseling

Family Counseling focuses on identifying disruptive situations or events that disrupted the family atmosphere, recognizing the uniqueness of the family structure and its members, and ultimately strengthening the connection between family members.
Each family is different – my focus is finding the “golden stars” within the family and bring them to light.
How Does Therapy work through Telehealth? Telehealth Through Doxy.Me Or Google Meets

Doxy.Me is a telehealth platform that requires no downloads or accounts needed. Private and secure through data encryption, all sessions are anonymous, and none of the information is stored. Doxy.Me adhere to HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GBPR data privacy requirements.

What if I don’t feel comfortable being on video? Is there another option?

Of course, there is! I also offer sessions via telephone for those who are a bit camera-shy.
The only drawback of using the telephone is the lack of non-verbal communication isn’t there when using the phone. Sometimes seeing these non-verbal cues allows us to “communicate” more of what’s happening verse what we’re saying.
